Terry Ledden began his career in sales, sales management and marketing in the end-user telecommunications industry. Throughout his 18 years in telecommunications sales management he initiated, developed and implemented numerous programs intended to transition the industry from selling product to selling the strategic business impact of the product to the customer.

Recognizing the need for a more strategic value centered approach in organizations beyond telecommunications, Terry began his formal sales training career by joining a highly respected and US based strategic sales methodology and training firm in 1992. During those 10+ years he contributed to numerous Fortune 500 technology, professional services and manufacturing sector sales organizations world-wide.
